Serena's Love Story

We first met at a club in Cardiff while we were both at university; I was a 3rd year studying Philosophy and he had graduated the year before but was still there as the Cardiff Athletic Union President. He went to the bar, bought back Jagerbombs and here we are today, 8 years later.

Throughout our relationship we've loved surprising each other and taking it in turns to do Valentine's gifts or book trips away. After 6 months, I booked us a trip to Paris for his birthday. We were meant to go to the Moulin Rouge but suddenly noticed the Watch The Throne tour coincided with our trip so instead of being tourists we went to the most epic concert ever - it really was a once in a lifetime moment with him.

We then went back down to the beach where he had organised a picnic and had made handwritten cards, each with a memory from the past 6 and a half years we'd been together.
AND THEN, this is when I found out we wouldn't be spending any longer in Croyde - he'd booked us a flight the next day to Mauritius to celebrate!!

Our Wedding Day was perfect. It was so special having all of our closest friends and family on the other side of the World with us in Thailand. I walked down the aisle to 'A Million Dreams' from The Greatest Showman (a favourite of ours) played by a quartet, with Ollie waiting at the end of the aisle and the Andaman Sea as the backdrop - it was something I could never forget.
